Good evening Madam, Sir,
I had leaved your hotel on Sunday, I would like to say thank you to your team. I didn't have time when I took the taxi to say many thanks.
It was great in the hotel Continental, the service was nice and your team was kind to guests.
I ask them to make a reservation for visit Odessa with guide, they did very well and the visit of Catacombs also.
Anyway thank you everything when I was there.
